In 2012, Marianna launched her first startup media FAVOT (now media about the future); was part of the core teams of international startups Yva, Ansnei, Setka.

Marianna supports women in technology, she is a mentor for Women in Tech & Women in Big Data, and the founder of the Wonder Women community.

In 2022, Marianna launched her second startup Vard, collaborative analytics for teams working with big data.

Currently, Marianna is the Country manager for Russia in the Seed group, the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum in the UAE, she also heads Women in Big Data in Dubai and is a mentor for the global startup programs Techstars, Newchip, Women in VC. She is known as an international expert in the field of People Analytics.
