In 2012, Marianna launched her first startup media FAVOT (now media about the future); was part of the core teams of international startups Yva, Ansnei, Setka.

Marianna supports women in technology, she is a mentor for Women in Tech & Women in Big Data, and the founder of the Wonder Women community.

In 2022, Marianna launched her second startup Vard, collaborative analytics for teams working with big data.

Marianna teaches at the Higher School of Economics. President of a charity SOAR helping orphans in Armenia.
